Founded by its chairman, DR. CEFERINO L. FOLLOSCO, who served the cabinet of President Corazon C. Aquino as Secretary of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and Undersecretary of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), HYDROTECH consistently maintain its commitment of providing technology and technical expertise in line with the country's developmental needs.
